Your use of our application and service is subject to the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy and indicates your consent to them.

  1. DEFINITIONS
  1. "We", "us" and "our" mean PT BINGKAI MEDIA owner of JARAK ZONASI PPDB App, a company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
  2. "the Application" means a software application we have developed that serves as a means to find Services provided by third parties.
  3.  "users"  means a parent who need distance information through the Application.
  4.  "Personal Information" means personally identifiable information about you that may be collected through the Application, such as your name, address, occupation, telephone number, email address and/or the like, and other information that may enable identification of a specific individual who is using the Application.

  1.  We collect certain Personal Information from you for the Application to use Services from the Service Providers. You will directly provide some Personal Information (eg when you sign up) and some will be collected automatically when you use the Application.

When you visit our App, our website administrators process technical data such as your IP-address, visited webpages, the internet browser you use, your previous/next visited websites and the duration of a visit/session to enable us to deliver the functionalities of the Website. With this technical data our Website administrators can manage the Website, for instance by resolving technical difficulties or improving the accessibility of certain parts of the Website. This way, we ensure that you can (continue to) find the information on the Website in a quick and simple manner.

Information you provide directly

  1. Upon signing up with the Application, you will provide us your e-mail address, name, phone number and account password.
  2.  When you use the Application to use a service, you provide us information such as name and email.. When you use our Application, we also process technical data such as your IP-address, Device ID or MAC-address, and information about the manufacturer, model, and operating system of your mobile device. We use this data to enable us to deliver the functionalities of the Application, resolve technical difficulties, provide you with the correct and most up to date version of the Application and to improve the function of the Application.
  3. We will ask you for the phone number of a person who can be contacted by the Service Provider to complete your order when you use the Application to find an instant courier service. You must obtain the prior consent of the person whose phone number was provided to us by you for providing us the phone number and for us to share the phone number with the Service Providers.

  1. We use your e-mail, name, phone number and account password to verify your ownership of an account, to communicate with you in response about the Application.
  2. We use your Personal Information in an anonymized and aggregated form to closely monitor which features of the Services are used most, to analyze usage patterns and to determine where we should offer or focus our Services. You hereby agree that your data will be used for our internal data processing to provide better Services to you.

  1. We also share the phone number of the contact person you have provided us with the Service Providers when you use the Application to use services.
  2. You hereby agree and authorize us to transfer your Personal Information to the Service Providers as a part of the provision of the Services. While your personal information will automatically be deleted from the mobile device after your use of the Service, it is possible that the Service Providers may be able to keep your data in their devices by any means. We are not responsible for this kind of data storage and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless and not liable for any misuse of your Personal Information by the Service Providers upon completion of the Service provided.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate or provide the Application and certain services on our behalf, to provide customer support to our Service Providers, to perform Website-related services (eg without limitation, maintenance services, database management, web analytics and improvement of the Website's features) or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used or to our professional advisors and external auditors, including legal advisors, financial advisors and consultants. These third parties only have access to your personal information in order to perform these tasks on our behalf and are contractually bound not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We do not share your Personal Information with any parties other than to the relevant Service Providers and the third party companies and individuals referred to in item 4.above, without your consent. However, we will disclose your Personal Information to the extent that this is legally required, or necessary to comply with statutory, regulatory and governmental requirements, or in the event of any dispute, or legal proceeding of any kind between you and us, or between you and other users with respect to, or in relation to the Services, or in the event of an emergency pertaining to your health and/or safety.
  5. Your Personal Information may be transferred to, stored, used and processed in a jurisdiction other than Indonesia where our servers are located. You understand and consent to the transfer of your Personal Information out of Indonesia.
  6. We do not sell, rent or lease your Personal Information to third parties.

  1. We do not guarantee the security of our database nor can we guarantee that the information you have provided will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us. Any transmission of information by you to us is at your own risk. You must not disclose your password to anyone. As effective as technology is, no security system is impenetrable.

  1.  We may amend this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices. If we do so, we will inform you via email or by means of a notice on the Website 1 day before the change becomes effective.   1. Language. This privacy policy is drawn up in both English and Indonesian language, both of which versions will be binding on you and us. In the event of inconsistency between the Indonesian language version and the English language version, the Indonesian language version will prevail.
  2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This privacy policy is governed by and to be construed under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any and all disputes arising from this privacy policy shall be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bandung Court.
